My approach
I’m here to help tap into, and strengthen, your innate ability to heal and process past experiences. With a passion for holistic and integrative approaches, I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is an evidenced-based approach that enables people to heal from emotional distress of past experiences, current stressors and future fears.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I am committed to creating a safe space where you can explore your past, embrace your present, and shape your future. I take a person-centered approach, which means I operate with the understanding that you are the true expert in your life. Whether you're struggling with the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, or other life challenges, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
Everyone’s path to healing is different, which is why I incorporate a variety of research-backed modalities including Polyvagal Theory, Parts Work/IFS, and Somatic exercises into my work alongside EMDR. My goal is to help you rediscover your inner strength, build resilience, and develop the tools to face life's challenges with confidence and courage.
